Murat Eltutan
(Lawyer, Trademark Attorney, Patent Attorney, Real Estate Appraiser) Graduate of
the University of Istanbul, Faculty of Law. He was admitted to the Istanbul Bar under
registry number 21602 in 1997. He has been working as a Trademark Attorney and
Patent Attorney since he passed the Proficiency Examination for Agents administered
by the Turkish Patent Institute in 1998. His practice areas include Real Estate Law,
Trade Mark and Patent Law, Criminal Law and Corporate and Commercial Law. Also
he obtained a Certificate of Education and Achievement of Real Estate Brokerage from
the Istanbul Chamber of Real Estate Agents.

        Emine Artar Eltutan
    (Lawyer) Graduate of the University of Ankara, Faculty of Law. She was admitted
      to the Istanbul Bar under registry number 23952 in 2000. She has worked as a
      Legal Counsel for various companies and continues to serve as a consultant for some
      of these companies. She is fluent in English. Her practice areas include Family
      Law, Insurance Law, Labor Law, Real Estate Law, Corporate and Commercial Law,
      Trade Mark and Patent Law, and Enforcement Law.

H. Guzin Artar
(Lawyer) Graduate of the University of Istanbul, Faculty of Law. She was admitted
to the Istanbul Bar under registry number 25267 in 2001. She attended a
certificate program at London University in London, England on “Practical English
for Commercial Law” , “European Union Law”, “World Trade Organization and
Legal System” and “English for International Public Law”. She is fluent in English.
Her practice areas include Real Estate Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Trade
Mark and Patent Law, Insurance Law, and Enforcement Law.

        Huseyin Ozpek
      (Lawyer) Graduate of the University of Istanbul, Faculty of Law. He was
      admitted to the Bar with registry number 17086 in 1991. He worked as an
      educator several years for a variety of educational institutions. He has been working
      as a lawyer for Eltutan Law Office since 2001.

Dr. Hulya Onculoglu
Graduate of the University of Anadolu, Faculty of Economics. She is fluent in English.
She provides assistance with the finding and assessing the cost value of real property.
